Did you honor God both privately and publicly? God is All-knowing—He is Everywhere at the same time. your roof and closet cannot hide you from Him. Your public service will never replace your private devotion. You are a servant of the Lord, working not on your own time but on His. You are not called to be a luxurious or self-serving servant.
The Pharisees preached law and tradition, not obedience and holiness. Had they truly sought righteousness, they would have honored Jesus.
A single error can lead many to hell. God sees the souls lost because of false teaching before He acknowledges your works. If someone rejects the Truth and is lost, they were never truly God’s to begin with.
We share the gospel not to please man but to please the Lord.
Don't get ahead of yourself. If you know the God you are serving you would wait for His instructions.
God is Righteous, He has to take account of every soul that walks from the faith because of one teachings not the one that walks away because of the Truth.
John 6:53-58
53 Jesus said to them, “Very truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you
Which means for us.
The Word of God is our daily Bread and we joyfully take on sufferings for Jesus.
For it is written:
Matthew 5:11-13
11 Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake
John 3:35
35 Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.
Supporting verse
Luke 22
19 And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body given for you; do t²his in remembrance of me.”
20 In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.
A lukewarm gospel or half-truth breeds lukewarm faith, making such believers easy prey for the evil one.
So the Truth tests the heart. But also divide soul and spirit.
For it is written
Hebrews 4:12
For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart
Before saying Amen to anything, one must be prudent and check it against the Word of God—not just a single verse, but the full context.
