Here is a sample Bible reading schedule based on Dailywordbible schema, designed to be flexible for either morning or evening.

How to Continue Beyond This Sample

To keep this schedule going long-term, you can follow this pattern:

· Old Testament (M-W-F): Continue reading sequentially through the key narrative books (Genesis, Exodus, Joshua, Judges, 1 & 2 Samuel, 1 & 2 Kings, Ezra, Nehemiah). You can intersperse the major prophets (Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel) and minor prophets after the historical books.

· New Testament (T-Th-S): Read through one Gospel at a time (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John). Then move sequentially to the book of Acts, followed by the Epistles (Romans, Corinthians, etc.), and finish with Revelation.

· Psalms (Sunday): Read the Psalms sequentially. There are 150, so this will provide years of Sunday readings. You can pair each Psalm with a classic or modern hymn that reflects its theme.

Tips for Success

· Don't Get Behind: If you miss a day, just pick up with the current day's reading. Don't feel pressured to "catch up."

· Journal: Keep a notebook to write down a verse that stood out to you or a brief reflection.

· Pray First: Ask for understanding and focus before you begin reading.

· Listen: On busy days, consider listening to an audio Bible version while commuting or doing chores.

This schedule provides a balanced and sustainable approach to engaging with the entire Bible throughout the year. Enjoy your reading
